Mostly Chasselas Doré from Redlands Vineyards in Albemarle County, Virginia, with a small proportion of Merlot. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks, then finishes in bottle for a “méthode ancestrale” sparkling wine. Disgorged with the addition of Merlot red wine.
