Rousset-Peyraguey VdF Liquoreux “Cuvée Puphluns”

Majority Sémillon with a small portion of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. Fermented in tank, then aged for an extended period (usually around 7 years) in oak and 100-year-old acacia barrels. Around 300g/L RS. Named for Puphluns, the Etruscan god of wine.
