Jean Faux Rouge “Sainte Radegonde”

80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from hillside and plateau vineyards on clay-limestone soils. Vinified in cement and stainless steel with a cold pre-fermentation maceration. Aging in French oak barrels (5% new) for 14 months.
