Jean Faux Rouge “Les Sources”

Merlot and Cabernet Franc from hillside and plateau vineyards on clay-limestone soils. Vinified in cement and stainless steel with a cold, pre-fermentation maceration. Aging in French oak barrels (15% new) for 14 months.
