Broc Love Sparkling

A blend of Chenin Blanc and Muscat from Shell Creek Vineyard (Paso Robles) and North Canyon Vineyard (Santa Maria Valley). Fermented to dryness in stainless steel, then bottled with Chardonnay must for the secondary fermentation. Disgorged by hand, no dosage.
