100% Chardonnay. Juice derived from the Taille (hard press) of whole cluster pressed Chardonnay cuvee for sparkling. Fermented in neutral oak, ambient yeast, aged on the lees for ~10 months. No sulfur during winemaking except at bottling. Unfined/ unfiltered.

39% Cabernet Franc / 29% Merlot / 17% Petit Verdot / 10% Tannat / 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit from five different vineyard sites in Virginia, primarily from the Shenandoah Valley and Middleburg AVAs. Ambient yeast fermentation, aged in 75% stainless steel and 25% neutral oak. Unfined/ filtered.
