- Gruner Veltliner
Austria is a burgeoning, yet historic region in the wine world and we couldn’t be happier to be working with one of its leading lights in Weingut Sepp Moser. The current estate was founded by Sepp Moser in 1987 and his son Nikolaus (or Niki if you’ve had one of his wines) took over the estate in 2000 and has helped to continue its ascension. The family-run estate embodies many of the ideals that we here at Williams Corner hold dear: natural yeast fermentation, minimalist intervention in the cellar, biodynamic viticulture, hand-harvesting, and most importantly, Great Wine! Producing both reds and whites from the two preeminent regions in Austria, Kremstal and Neusiedlersee (Burgenland), please join us in experiencing true, artisanal Austrian wine.
Location: Winery is located in Rohrendor (Kremstal) alongside several vineyards. Another group of vineyards are located in and around Apetlon, in Burgenland.
Farming Method(s): Biodynamic
