As a cycle of drought, floods, and fires continue to plague California agriculture, and especially wine growing regions, the question of sustainability is very much on the minds of the new generation of California winemakers, like Shaunt and Diego. Eureka! (named after California’s motto) is our joint investment in a more stable and sustainable future in California winemaking, while being accessible to the everyday consumer
