A blend of Jacquère, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged on the lees in bottle for 16-18 months until disgorgement.

A blend of majority Gamay, with a small proportion of Pinot Noir and Mondeuse. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged on the lees in bottle for 18-24 months until disgorgement.

100% Jacquère from clay-limestone soils. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged on the lees until bottling.

Predominantly Gamay with a small amount of Mondeuse. Direct pressed and fermented for three months on fine lees in stainless steel with light fining and filtration.

100% Mondeuse from clay-limestone soils, hand-harvested. Partially destemmed, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
