- Their distinctive blend of a dozen-plus botanicals includes artichoke, rhubarb, and juniper for the dry vermouth; Seville orange peel, nutmeg, and clove for the rosé vermouth; and Meyer lemon, saffron, and Persian rose for the white vermouth.
