Quick facts:

• Since taking over the family vineyards, Aurélien has converted them to organic farming and begun incorporating biodynamic practices. His first vintage making wine under his own label was 2019.
• The base wines are always fermented with native yeasts. He prefers to work with old barrels over stainless steel but has also been experimenting with Georgian-style qvevris.
