Owners & winemakers: the Thibon-Macagno family, including daughters Hélène and Catherine, along with Hélène’s husband Alain
Vineyards: 25ha of vineyards, plus 8ha of olive trees, vegetable gardens, grain fields, etc.
Vineyard management: Organic from the start and Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2005
Soils: Round river rocks and red clay, plus some clay-limestone and loess
Grapes grown: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Counoise, Vaccarese, Touriga, Sciacarello, Carignan, Viognier, Roussanne, Clairette rose & blanche, Muscat, Rolle, Chenin, Carignan gris
Annual production: 140,000 bottles
