The name “Hva Drikker Mølr” translates to “What Mølr’s drinking.” Mølr is the most common last name in Denmark, so it means it’s an “everyman’s” sort of cider, meant to be approachable and refreshing. Made from the eating apple varieties Rød Aroma and Topaz with extended maceration with the apple pomace. Méthode ancestrale sparkling (bottled partway through the first fermentation).
