Rousset-Peyraguey Creme de Tete

A blend of majority Sémillon with a small proportion of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. Harvested in multiple passes until very late in the season (often November or December). Extended aging (around eight years) in oak and acacia barrels. Around 380 g/L RS. The “Crème de Tête” cuvée is only made in the best vintages.
