Coing de Sèvre Muscadet-Sèvre et Maine sur lie
100% Melon de Bourgogne. Although many producers bottle their basic cuvees in late March as soon as they've earned the sur lie designation, Veronique doesn't bottle until late summer or early fall. While this means that this wine is typically a "vintage" behind, its a reasonable trade-off for the improved quality.
Chateau du Coing Tradition Muscadet-Sèvre et Maine sur lie
100% Melon de Bourgogne.
Chateau du Coing L'Ancestrale Muscadet
100% Melon de Bourgogne. The L'Ancestrale sees close to three years of aging on its lees. Ironically, since two years is the maximum allowed under the sur lie designation, this wine loses that designation.
Chateau du Coing St. Hubert Muscadet-Sèvre et Maine sur lie
100% Melon de Bourgogne. Veronique sets aside a portion of her best sites and vintages for the St. Hubert.
Domaine du Coing Chardonnay "Aurore" VdP
100% Chardonnay from plots along the Maine river, just upstream from the Chateau.
