Quick facts:
- Shaunt and Diego make both the Les Lunes and Populis wines: Les Lunes is meant to be a more classic, elegant, and ageable expression of natural wine.
- They farm and harvest based on lunar cycles–thus, the “Les Lunes” name.
- Their “production facility” is literally the basement of Shaunt’s parents’ house.
- The only addition during the winemaking process is a small amount of sulfur at bottling, only if needed.
